- Business creator. A master’s-level degree, or 5 years of comparable professional experience, plus at least €30,000 invested in a French company.
- Innovative project. A business project recognized as innovative by a French public body, such as Bpifrance or an approved incubator.
- Economic investor. A direct investment of at least €300,000 in a French company, and creating or preserving jobs in France.
