Asif Arif, Esq. is a distinguished attorney and founder of Arif Law Offices, PC, with offices in Paris and the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Admitted to both the Paris and California bars, Asif specializes in immigration law, global mobility, and international law, with a strong focus on complex cross-border cases between France and the United States and complex Human Rights issues. Over 11 years, he has established a robust track record in achieving favorable outcomes and ensuring compliance with international and comparative legal frameworks. In 2025, Attorney Arif was nominated as the among the Top 3 Best Immigration Attorneys in Paris.
From 2011 to 2020, Asif Arif served as the Director of Public Affairs for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in France. In this volunteer role, he actively engaged with community matters across France, Algeria, West Africa, Mayotte, and the Comoros Islands. During this period, he built and nurtured high-level diplomatic and ministerial relationships in both France, Quebec and Francophone Africa.
Since 2022, Asif is serving as a legal advisor to the Consulate General of France in Los Angeles, where he provides strategic counsel and fosters community engagement. Asif has had the occasion to argue cases in front of the higher courts in France, and in front of the European Court of Human Rights about freedom of conscience, freedom of religion and immigration laws. He currently practices in U.S. federal courts, and appears in immigration matters in front of the EOIR.
Asif is multilingual in French, English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, and is a regular commentator on international media outlets such as France 24, BBC, and BFM TV. His publications include both books and articles on immigration law, freedom of conscience, and human rights, and he actively participates in professional organizations. He authored 6 books.

Kirun is originally from the medical field and decided to join Arif Law Offices, P.C. as an Office and Intake Manager. Native to Southern California, she has lived in France for 6 years and returned to help French to relocate in America and Americans to live in France. Mother to 3 kids, she enjoys spending time in the beach during her free time. Kirun will assist clients to begin their case and make sure all additional questions are being addressed.
Kirun speaks English, Conversational French and Urdu.
Muneeb Ahmad

Muneeb graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Alongside his diploma, he received a Mediation Certification, which allowed him to become a volunteer mediator for Orange County small claims court. He is also currently enrolled in the UCLA Paralegal Extension Program in pursuit of his Paralegal Certification.

I hold a Law degree from Paris Descartes University and a Master’s in Business Law from Sorbonne Paris Nord University. My career spans several complementary areas, including business law, immigration law, and data protection.
I began my professional experience with Asif ARIF, where I worked on matters relating to both business and immigration law. I subsequently joined the French Prefecture, managing immigration litigation and gaining in-depth knowledge of administrative and legal procedures. I later expanded my expertise to include GDPR and data protection, serving as a legal expert in data law.
I then spent three years in Australia, working in a law firm specializing in visa and permanent residency applications, which strengthened my understanding of international mobility and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
I am fluent in French, English, and Arabic, and have basic proficiency in German, enabling me to support a diverse and international clientele with clarity and professionalism.
Monib Tariq

Tariq Monib advises international clients on their investments, business operations and establishment of companies in France, providing them with a clear and practical understanding of the French legal, financial and regulatory environment.
He holds a strong academic background in accounting, audit and business management (Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit – Master CCA), and has developed his professional experience within accounting firms and large international groups. His career has enabled him to acquire in-depth expertise in corporate structuring, tax compliance, financial reporting and internal governance of French companies.
Within the law firm, he supports foreign clients throughout their projects in France, particularly in relation to company formation, regulatory and administrative matters, understanding French accounting and tax rules, and liaising with key stakeholders such as lawyers, accountants, public authorities and local partners.
