Asif Arif, Esq. is an international attorney and the Founder and Managing Attorney of Arif Law Offices, P.C., a law firm with offices in Paris and the Los Angeles metropolitan area. During this period, he cultivated enduring relationships with senior government officials, diplomats, and policymakers throughout France, Quebec, and Francophone Africa.

Since 2022, Mr. Arif has served as a legal advisor to the Consulate General of France in Los Angeles, providing strategic counsel and supporting initiatives that strengthen legal, cultural, and community engagement between France and the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Arif has appeared before courts and administrative tribunals in both Europe and the United States. He has litigated matters involving immigration law, freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, and fundamental human rights before French courts and has participated in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights. In the United States, he represents clients before federal agencies, federal courts, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).

Mr. Arif currently serves as Secretary of the Immigration Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association, reflecting his continued involvement in the advancement of the legal profession and the development of immigration law practice.

Fluent in French, English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Mr. Arif is a frequent commentator on international legal and public affairs issues. Kirun is originally from the medical field and decided to join Arif Law Offices, P.C. as an Office and Intake Manager. Native to Southern California, she has lived in France for 6 years and returned to help French to relocate in America and Americans to live in France.
